Terms & Conditions of booking contract
• Bookings made within less than 8 weeks of booking date must be paid in full into the above account in order to confirm and reserve the booking.
• All other bookings 50% deposit must be paid in order to reserve accommodation. Please note payment procedure above.
• Remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.
• A damages deposit/bond must be paid per property. This is amount is added to the total rental cost, banked and refunded after inspection of property.
• Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Days until arrival = Refund
- 66+ days = 90 per cent of total rental cost
- 56-66 days = 75 per cent of total rental cost
- 29-55 days = 40 per cent of total rental cost
- 15-28 days = 25 per cent of total rental cost
- 1-14 days = 10 per cent of total rental cost
- 0 = Nothing refunded
• Clients must use their NAME as reference when paying for their booking.
• All properties are provided with 1 set of clean bed linen and towels.
• Clients must have their own beach towels as the towels provided must not be taken out of the property.
• Clients are advised to have Travel Insurance as owners or property management are not responsible for loss of possessions or injury.
• Clients must provide on arrival a photocopy of each person’s passport that is staying in the property.
• Please note arrival and departure times. Check-in to property after 15.00 and depart 11.00 unless agreed otherwise.
• Clients must provide details of their flight number and arrival time.
• Clients must call the following number (+34) 653 165 257 when leaving Malaga airport, if flight is delayed or if delayed collect hire car.
