A LARGE 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT SET IN A BEAUTIFUL COMPLEX IN A FANTASTIC LOCATION IN CALAHONDA, MIJAS COSTA.
This bright and airy, second floor apartment consists of a large lounge/dining area, which leads onto the south-facing terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, with a fantastic sea view.
There are two double bedrooms, one with king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other with twin beds, both have built in wardrobes.
There is a further full guest bathroom, and fully fitted open style kitchen with breakfast bar.
A good quality three seater sofa-bed in the lounge means this apartment comfortably sleep six people.
There are glass curtains on the terrace for those rentals during the cooler months, so you can still enjoy a BBQ alfresco style whilst looking out at the beautiful view! The property is only 5 minutes walk to amenities and 5-10 minutes’ walk to the beach.

Calahonda / Oasis de Calahonda area.
Calahonda is situated in the province of Malaga midway between Marbella and Fuengirola. It offers the possibility of living in an urbanisation of quality and prestige. It is located close to several golf courses and has the typically sun-drenched famous beaches.
Other local amenities include a tennis club, and a wide choice of fantastic golf courses within a short drive away. Just a five minute drive from Calahonda is the beautiful Puerto Cabapino, which boasts a beautiful port with restaurants and bars. Just behind the Port is Cabapino beach a beautiful golden sand beach, with water sports, public toilets/ showers, bars and restaurants.
The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
There is a zoo, and large waterpark in the Fuengirola area, (10-15 minutes drive), along with many other attractions including Benalmadena´s Tivoli World Theme Park and Selwo Marina Park with the excellent Dolphin shows, Benalmadena is around 20-25 minutes drive. There are also many other places within a short drive in the opposite direction such as Orange Square in Marbella Old Town, Puerto Banus with the many exclusive shops, Port and a variety of good Bars and Restaurants.
